An Outlook Working as a cancer specialist,
Hard job to do for a doctor or a nurse,
Finding out about the patient and the family,
What they need for support in crisis,
Counsel them and arrange the support,
Refer them to the specialist clinics,
Arrange the appointments to the hospitals,
Arrange for the chemo and radio therapies,
Get the blood tests done regularly,
And review the results for various treatments,
At the end, the patient recovers they feel that,
They have achieved something and are happy,
If the patient deteriorates and dies,
They feel devastated and feel that they failed.
