Stressful Times
In the last days come grievous times,
The courts will condone sinful crimes;
Everything will seem rampant,
The church feels the abandonment.
The love of money as their greed,
Desires will turn into need;
They will brag while being rude,
With an arrogant attitude.
Swearing will be a common ground,
Disrespect will be all around;
Having no gratitude to show,
Kids will curse to what parents know.
Lack of affection or respect.
Family advice kids will reject;
Slanderous lack of self-control,
A void shell for their inner soul.
They will not do the way they should,
Having no love for what is good;
Being reckless and conceited,
As warnings will not be heeded.
Rather than God they love pleasure,
Earthly things are their treasure;
Might seem to have a godly life,
But deep inside they hide the strife.
Stay away from such a person,
The situation will worsen;
Their minds corrupt and faith a fake,
Soon to be judged God will forsake.
