I am but just a single woman
beneath one star of a great chandelier
that suspends a thousand glittering eyes
Just behind that immaculate wonder
even more surpassing of that spangled pool
the deepest, dark royal purple curtain
shadowing a well kept secret "A king"
Whom would give us generous breath
and a bridge to greet earth
to another human being
We would cross rivers and mountains
to find companionship and amazement
I have witnessed an artists brush strokes
as an neon Aurora stretches the skyline
in colors of electric awe~
I press a kiss, inside my palm
blowing to an attraction of love
it gently spills thru my hand
My mind dances with joyful anticipation
I waltz between a kaleidoscope
of rainbows and icicles
dodging this silver cold
to attach myself to an warm gold edge
Awaiting the cherub of amour
