Faith Lives

Faith assures us of all things,
That the expectation brings;
Convincing of the unseen,
That is now and that has been.

The existence by decree,
Of things that we cannot see;
Of things the Bible does teach,
That seems too far out of reach.

It is faith not to neglect,
Which makes us part of His elect;
Faith from roots that God accepts,
When following His precepts.

Faith sways us of what we heard,
Of creation in His Word;
Knowing what was said and done,
Through the Father and the Son.

All that can be seen was made,
As the Lord would have conveyed;
No big bang or not by chance.
For things on earth to advance.

Faith is through how we believe,
From thoughts on how we perceive;
Creations from a being,
That we are not seeing.

Without faith we cannot please,
The Almighty God who sees;
And He rewards those who seek,
Within your prayers as you speak.
