The Unrighteous
All things are lawful for me,
Everything I do and see;
But not all things are good to do,
For God is able to see through.
Like a transparent piece of glass,
My eyes are windows light will pass;
So God can look into the mind,
To see if you are rude or kind.
God can see all the thoughts within,
Smelling goodness or stench from sin;
But I will not let sin control,
To corrupt my very own soul.
Sexual sin is not for you,
For committing your body through;
Rather it is for our Lord,
For remaining in on accord.
We know that in the life of Christ,
That Jesus was never enticed;
And God had raised Him from the dead,
The same for us from our bed.
So we are one body in Christ,
But if some woman has enticed;
Then with her if we become one,
Separation from Christ has begun.
Someone who unites with the Lord,
Then with Him be of one accord;
For all of your thoughts and merit,
Will become of one in spirit.
