Was that not a leprechaun
Yesterday I saw beneath the gate
leapfrogging about
Feeling so great
Tiny proud man a Leprechaun
Twas the day of the green
Yet he be so sad and blue
Multicolored skies hidden in hues
tossed about on pad in winds that blew
St Paddy is his day to shine
But he be bend over show his behind
For too much Guinness attacking his mind
His hat left hanging on purple red vine
For he is not feeling well
In celebration a night of too much brew
Don't look for him now for he begone
Hidden in a rock in the lime green lawn
