Unfailing Love
O how precious is His thought,
How vast in numbers they are;
As pure as blood I was bought,
That is flowing from afar.
If I even tried to count,
They are like sand on the beach,
My eyes do see the amount,
Father than what I can reach.
Anytime that I wake up,
I know that He is with me;
Morning Prayer is like a cup,
Of java to open eyes.
I wish that evil was gone,
The wicked leave me alone;
Darkness is filled until dawn,
Loving Satan on his throne.
I should hate those who despise,
More so those who hate the Lord;
But love to all is most wise,
Remaining in one accord.
God knows me and knows my mind,
He is testing on each thought;
If my heart is good and kind,
Or evil desires sought.
He sees which path that I trod,
Then He leads down the right path;
And so I will follow God,
Being protected from the wrath.
