I have been on the look for a reson to not let myself go
Laughing at me for caring about you
Reason enough as i am so bold
The walls you almost convinced me they should come down
I was in a tail spin and didnt see a way out
Now i know it was only a fleeting moment of smiles
I almost broke enough to tell you why
Now i have the reason to continue to hide
Sometimes it is left best unsaid
This time i know before im completly gone
Yous smile makes me feel so alive
But now i know i must continue to hide
No heartbreak shall come again past these gate
I have been broken battered and bruised a time to many
Tolarance is none in the heart of a fool
I know someday i will find but that day is not now
I will continue to watch from a far as life is now
Work hard to obtain the life i desire
Hope that you will be that one is now in the shadows and fading
I will not shatter or have yet another heart break
I have my children this is what i need
Want to smile enjoy conversation with one that loves me
Hopes of you being that one are now dashed and gone
You laughed at my truth being told
Behind my back you made the mistake of betraying how bold
