Unfailing Discipline
You have sinned throughout these days,
And are using wicked ways;
You are stubborn and have changed,
Not as was you are estranged.
You have harvested evil,
From plants sown by the devil;
Filled with the deceit and lies,
Being junk food in disguise.
You have given up you cross,
And now will suffer a loss;
For because all of your sin,
No more battles will you win.
For the Lord will punish you,
No longer honest and true;
Your army will just retreat,
Be trampled under their feet.
God will punish in your trek,
Putting a yoke on your neck;
In the field pulling a plow,
Just like a newly trained cow.
Then you must not make a sound,
As you move to break the ground;
You must prepare for the root,
Of the trees reaping new fruit.
It is time to seek the Lord,
Letting Him not be ignored;
Righteously the sun and rain,
Will allow easing the pain.
