Timing
I would advise you to obey,
And no longer to go astray;
Adhere to the laws of the King,
To reap the rewards it will bring.
You had taken an oath to God,
To worship and honor and laud;
But not be in a rush to leave,
While you should cling as you cleave.
Why should you do something evil?
Giving enjoyment to the devil;
He is very calm and at ease,
While you are trying to please.
Since the Word of the King has might,
Its source is coming from the Light;
No one asks what He is doing,
Or just what He is pursuing.
Whoever obeys His commands,
Will avoid trouble where he stands;
For the wise person knows the time,
What he should say to the Divine.
Knowing the right time and right way,
As well as the right time to pray;
Yet a terrible tragedy,
Might just leave you in misery.
Timing can be everything,
Though strange what the future may bring;
But with God there should be no doubt,
How everything will turn out.
