Unity in Brotherly Love
You all must live in harmony,
Be sympathetic showing love;
Far from the hate and tyranny,
That causes constructed walls thereof.
Have compassion and not grumble,
Payback not others for evil;
The wicked want to see you stumble,
Into the lair of the devil.
Ridicule not who criticize,
For they are illiterate fools;
Rather bless them since you are wise,
And God will bless with the best tools.
Whoever sees good days in life,
Must keep lips and tongue from ill things,
Or wind up in the midst of strife,
Where tragedy from Satan brings.
Lips that are speaking of deceit,
Crawls on its belly like a snake;
All because of having no feet,
Promises much but will forsake.
Stop evil and start to do good,
Pursue peace and find ways to seek;
For the eyes of the Lord has stood,
To see compassion for the weak.
His eyes are upon the righteous,
As His ears is hearing their prayer;
And He will continue to bless,
Those with compassion who do care.
