A Letter to You
Listen to the words of the Lord,
Much sharper than a two-edge sword;
Smooth and clean cuts from just one slice,
When temptation start to entice.
Because He knows just where you live,
And more than willing to forgive;
But with the throne of Satan there,
There is no way the Lord can share.
You are holding onto His name,
But are refusing to proclaim;
You have not denied your belief,
And while acting like a thief.
My faithful witness who had died,
Giving false profession and lied;
Killed in the place where Satan lives
In your presence with wrong motives.
Many have some things against them,
Doing as what God will condemn;
You eat food that was sacrificed,
And are sexually enticed.
So return to the Lord your God,
Giving him the honor and laud;
He will be showing you the way,
You are having no need to stray.
Change the way that you act and think,
The blood of Christ will be your drink;
He will come quick to wage a war,
Against the one who holds the lure.
