A Comparison
Sin came into the world through one,
And work by Satan had begun;
So death then had to come through sin,
That corrupted humans within.
So death spread to everyone,
Disease like cancer had begun;
As everyone fell from grace,
No longer then could God embrace.
So man already developed flaws,
Before in having any laws;
No record of sin can be kept,
Without having the right precept.
When there has not been any laws,
How can we say there are some flaws;
Yet death was then ruled at the time,
Of commitment to the crime.
To those who did not sin the same,
They also had to bear the shame;
Because Adam did disobey,
And all the sheep have gone astray,
Adam is the image of One,
From the Father who is the Son;
And be paying for the failure,
By giving us all a Savior.
So God has given us a gift,
For humanity a faith lift;
And once again feel His embrace,
Through and through His mercy and grace.
