Faith with Works
What good does it do,
If somebody claims;
To have faith as true,
But their tongue in flames.
They do no good things,
If faith cannot save;
And then what it brings,
An eternal grave.
Faith by self is dead,
If not doing deeds;
But helping you dread,
Someone having needs.
Show your faith apart,
From good things you do;
Open up your heart,
For love that shines through.
My faith I do show,
And the good I do;
For the love does flow,
With golden value.
In faith you believe,
And tremble with fear;
Knowing you receive,
Salvation so dear.
Only inherit,
If faith that is true;
And you have merit,
Priceless in value.
