The Easy Commandments
Blessings and curses that I speak,
Will happen to you if you seek;
Take them to heart where you may be,
And remain on guard for to see.
If you return unto the Lord,
Do not let His Word be ignored;
Obey them with all of your heart,
With your soul from the very start.
God will be restoring your wealth,
Ensuring that you have good health;
While His mercy and His grace,
Comforts you with His sweet embrace.
The Lord will circumcise your heart,
For His Word so you can impart;
And of your past He will forgive,
Cleansing your soul so you can live.
God will ensure that curses flow,
Those who persecute as a foe;
If you obey God and His commands,
He helps through the daily demands.
God will do this if you obey,
Study His Word every day;
While following His commands,
And doing as each one demands.
These Laws are not beyond your reach,
They are written in what I teach;
And not written across the sea,
Rather nearby to hear and see.
These words are very near to you,
In the Bible where it is true;
They are in your mouth and your heart,
So you obey every part.
