PROMPT 27 ANGEL OF INSPIRATIONTen years ago Mom was killed in a tragic motor home car accident. At the wrong place at the wrong time. Her favorite song, "You are the wings--beneath, not sure of the complete title. But the message was clear to her children. Sunday was a remembrance of Mom. Both her children recently had tattoos put on their shoulders. The only tattoo's either would wear. Angel wings: Your are my inspiration Staci Jo, her date of birth and the day she was killed. And yes she was killed by an insane driver trying to commit suicide driving ninety miles plus head on into her Motor home. Mom and her two young children in the car driving behind saw it all. About Staci and what she was about. Both her and her husband college graduates.Washington State University where they met and Master's at Boise State. Since her husbands dream was to be a triathlon athlete and so what did Staci do? "I have the means to support us so for three years you can live your dream. Then it is reality. Standing watching her children now grown and both at Mom's college at Wazzo released balloons in the air. I wrote my poem: To soar to seek embrace the sky Alas no wings have I Her walk so gentle As a baby bird in flight Her voice so soft A mere whisper in the night No more beautiful Woman I must say than she as beautiful coming towards As the day she went away Brianna her daughter painted my poem on canvas. It is a repeat somewhere on my sight. The original painting was given to me to be framed. Mom is the guardian looking over her children. Three years were up and it was the last meet. Several hundred miles away in Canada. Mom did not fly. So kids, Grandma and Mom would drive. She never completed the trip or he the meet. It has been ten years since the accident.
