My Dearest Sister

(My sister's husband passed)

Death is a hard pill to swallow. Death was never a part of God's plan; yet it's an obstacle we all encounter in life many times.
It can tear families a part or reconcile the heart and mind bonding families ever closer again.

My dearest sister Joyce, my heart weighs so deep and heavy for you.
Though you present a very strong stoic persona; I know deep within you're blue.

My heart cries much for your pain. Your loss is truly a devastating blow for you.
Yet your pillar of strength and courage is on display,
 who can know the depth of what you have and still are going through?

You have been an extraordinary mother. There are no words to describe the wife to Clarence you proved to be.
You bit bullet after bullet for the love of family;
such a tender loving generous wife and mother that all could clearly see.

Let God now be your beacon of light, for your life direction, that's key.
Now is the time that you think and truly take care of you. That's the way it should be.

Clarence will forever remain in your heart, mind and soul but it's time to allow joy,
happiness and peace of mind be your ultimate goal.

You're surrounded by family and friends, who truly love you and will walk this bitter sweet road to the very end.
These very ones will remain by your side and this you can depend.

Just know you did all the right things to the best of your knowledge, understanding,
 and abilities too. There was nothing for the sake of family and friends you just would not do.

Now take a breath, relate, relax, release, yes let go, let go of all your pain
and suffering today. Cleave to the happy memories you will always possess because my dear sister you will be okay

Let this life experience prove to be, the source of an even more resilient, unshakable strength;
as Jehovah God embraces you with his comfort and love as he carries you effortlessly through this.
