LOVE THY OWNSELF
love thy ownself always true:
know that your very best friend is you:
love others with all of your heart:
but first love yourself from the start:
when we care about others greater than ourself:
we weaken ourself and we loose our health:
before we can be brave and strong for another:
our own self we must love and respect more for sure:
when deep within us our self esteen light flickers low:
and we do not have that radient glow:
we fake it and take care of others more than our own:
because with low self esteen we feel so sad lonely and alone:
we stuff our feelings and cover up the pain:
we live a lonely life dealing with the hurt and shame:
our addiction keeps us alive:
we do what we do to survive:
we can only climb our mountain when we are ready to face the fight:
through honesty and gods mercy e will find the light:
