SINCERELY
There she was
"SUSPENDED"
inside his claw
of disregard
Shall he become her savior
or shall he devour her, alive
A hero of such bravery
or an monster indeed
This is my book, my voice
my cores silent monologue:
Dare I whisper such things
to strangers in the night
whom might want the same
Will we walk with the broken
and tend to our wounds
acknowledging our torment
sharing the same crutch
Can we become strong warriors
of the same war and love
We talk of:
A pilgrimage
to a distant star
treachery
hope
despair
and of our plight
Where is this Love
Fend for yourself
the voices scream
in maddening silence
To wake, to yawn
before you
another dawn-
Kaw, kaw
I hear that sound again
he is bloody hungry
and I am JUST thirsty
As I have wept a reservoir
I have emptied my reserve
parched and wanting
The weather now rages
I cannot venture thru
this harsh existence
to quench my lips
Shh and heed
The thunder, she rumbles
sounding beneath my feet
urging me to step outside
safely and walk the path
Lightening strikes twice
and I am blinded by emotion
with trembling limbs
I suffer deeply
inside my womb of void
`O what of this tragedy!
I peer the path
of long awaiting
to an uncharted destiny
"MINE"
Come what may
as I dream with those
shall we merge journeys
or toss our hearts
into oblivion
I have come to know:
That I will always be
upon an edge of
PAUSED and ~ANIMATED~ !
Sincerely and THOUGHTFUL...
