His Approval as a Gift
God does give us His approval,
To everyone who believes;
All sin through Christ removal,
With confession he receives.
But faith is also a must,
In belief of Jesus Christ;
And putting all of your trust,
In whom that was sacrificed.
Through prophets we were taught,
As to what Moses had said;
The faith that each one had sought,
Is what Satan always dread.
Between us there is no conflict,
Since there is no difference;
But Jesus does interject,
To Christians it should make sense.
All of us have fallen short,
Because all of us have sinned;
So no ticket at the port,
Not paid since not disciplined.
But through the act of kindness,
Since Christ Jesus paid the price;
You receive the blessedness,
For a human sacrifice.
Christ Jesus has set us free,
Showing mercy from His throne;
We were blind but now we can see,
When sin free, God does condone.
