Holy Matrimony
Because of the Lord Jesus Christ,
You will be no longer enticed;
By the evil things of this earth,
Since you have been given rebirth.
I ask of and encourage you,
Look to Heaven what you should do;
To excel in living a way,
That is God pleasing through each day.
Do this in the way you were taught,
Never the way that you had sought;
Remembering that Christ did save,
Rescued from the eternal grave.
It is His will you do not stray,
So God wants you to keep away;
From all of the sexual sin,
As a mark for your discipline.
To search for a husband or wife,
The highway is filled with much strife;
Be holy and honorable,
As morally acceptable.
The Lord is the One to punish,
And is the One to admonish;
When people have been doing wrong,
Making their agony to prolong.
Please try not to shed any doubt,
Already I have warned about;
Sexual immorality,
But through holy matrimony.
