PRAYER - CHANGES - THINGS

WRITTEN   23 : 1 : 2013


There are times - in each of our lives - when we must choose
Do I do this or that ? - What will I gain - or lose ?
Is this the best that I can do ?  or can I attain a greater height -
Or depth - in which to blossom - as I aught ?
Or - would my plans just turn to dust and ash - and lead
To naught - If I should follow on this path - or not ?
What can I say to make the choice - assured - reality ? 
Perhaps if I should study - learn  - or seek - the answer
Would be plain to see - but then again - in all my doing -
Will I miss the best - that might be standing right in front of me ?
Maybe I'll flick a coin - or draw a straw - whichever side or length
Might then appeal to me - and can accept - though 
Decisions of this nature may confuse - instead of aid - or
Clearly help direct - So on that note - I'll have a think - and
Ponder over all the choices to be made today - and 
Possibly some inspiration will bring revelation to my 
Thoughts - to show me of a perfect way - what I must do -
Or not.

But - in the meantime - I will stop and pray - and let 
The Lord reveal to me - His Perfect will - that is Acceptable
And True - and then the cloud will lift - 
The way ahead will start to clearly show - and
Praise the Lord - I will be shown - without a doubt
The way to go .

With all the questions and need for wisdom and 
guidance that we face each day , our first act should
always be ....PRAYER ....and the LORD , who loves us 
will answer us and help us .
