I am writing to you, Sins are forgiven; Your debt now not due, All paid in Heaven. I am writing to you, Because you know Christ; Since the start He knew, Being sacrificed. I am writing to you, Because you have won; Victory you knew, O'er the evil one. I am writing to you, Knowing the Father; And that you value, Christ as your Brother. I am writing to you, Knowing from the start; That Jesus was true, From words you impart. I am writing to you, Knowing the Lord lives; Seeing what you do, Willing to forgive. I am writing to you, Because you are strong; For faith you pursue, Since Christ you belong. Do not love this place, All that is within; And stay in His grace, Far away from sin.
