Love sincerely and hate evil,
Do not listen to the devil;
Hold on to all of which is good,
Do everything that you should.
Be devoted to each other,
Treating as sister and brother;
Excel with showing your respect,
Render them aid never neglect.
Be diligent and not slothful,
Showing others you are grateful;
As well as being humble not proud,
Not getting into the wrong crowd.
Use your strength to serve the Lord,
Never leaving His Word ignored;
Be happy in your confidence,
Never looking with defiance.
Be patient when facing trouble,
Just get up out of the rubble;
For faith will be bringing up hope,
So continually pray to cope.
Share what you have with those who need,
Assist them through for what they plead;
Show them which way and how to go,
Teach them the Word so they will know.
Bless the ones who persecute you,
Always telling them what is true;
Just be happy and just be glad,
Not let others think you are sad.
Never pay evil for evil,
Just prepare for the arrival;
And Christ picks you out of the crowd,
For taking you up to the cloud.
