Blessed are the ones, who endure,
When they are tempted by the lure;
They were able to past the test,
Knowing that they did their best.
The Lord does not tempt anyone,
Never would the Father or Son;
Neither would the Holy Spirit,
Even think of such a merit.
When successfully pass the test,
Showing that they have done their best;
They will receive a crown of life,
That will protect them from the strife.
For God promises to love them,
Never will He try to condemn;
Because the love you have inside,
Helps them in His Word to abide.
Ever tempted do not blame God,
Continue to honor and laud;
God is not tempted by evil,
That would just come from the devil.
We are tempted by desires,
Satan lures and traps with fires;
Then desire gives birth to sin,
As it grows and matures within.
Because sin makes you disobey,
Causing corruption and decay;
As decay finally to death,
At the gasping of the last breath.
Do not be fooled by any gift,
It could be a lure left to drift;
The perfect gift comes from above,
And has been filled with peace and love.
