Ignorance is bliss

I'll be missing you
By means of a lost flame
Defaced by my actions cupid had the wrong name
So Replaced by a similar face
I dress her with a familiar taste
Sojourning in remorse without a trace
Because her heart left in a haste
A frame that can't be replace
A love that i may have displace
To a hasty heart a key was misplace
To memories I dream of our birthplace
Where my eyes first met that wondrous angel
Time as now bloom you to an archangel
And though our flames no longer burn
Here lays the ashes of a burnt out stem, a past I still yearn.
