Torn & broken

Well the bright sun is shining,
But my heart feels no warmth .
Just feels so cold and lonely,
Because by you it was so torn.

The day that I meet you baby,
I felt it was love at first sight.
But you lied and cheated on me,
Now all my heart does is cry.

You told me that you loved me,
And I opened my heart to you.
We shared such passion and love,
Just for you to play me as a fool.

you never gave our love a chance,
Or truly felt the love I had for you.
the way my heart just melted so sweetly,
But now it feels lonely and so blue.

Why did you have to hurt me ?
And even make my heart cry ?
When all I ever wanted baby,
Was To be forever by your side.
You where such a precious angel,
And for you I would of died.

I would of torn my heart out,
And gave it just to you .
So you could go on living,
that's truly how much I loved you.

So let me close this letter with my tears,
As my heart will cry though the night.
But don't every worry about me darling,
Because I'm A woman and will be alright.
