Soul matesDeep down I've truly wondered, How we've been together for so long. When you work in the day time, And then I'm gone all night long. They say we always have a soul mate, And this I know to be so very true. Because we have together forever, and I'm still so in love with you. When I come home in the morning, And your laying there in our bed. I softly kiss you on your sweet lips, As sweet thoughts run in my head. It may be the wee hours of morning, And I worked a double all night long. But I'd still love to wake you up baby, And let two hearts just sing our song. The music of your voice will be heavenly, And the night I will soon truly forget. Then you will come home and wake me, In a way my heart will just sweetly sweat.
