The Wind Blew
The wind blew and the seed grew
and our love was born anew.
Time came and time went,
as time always does in every
event.
Our love blossomed from
that sweet tree of love.
The wind blew and time flew
and our love was blessed with
babies two.
A dark wind blew and time finally
killed the tree that wouldn’t bend.
The wind still blew, but time
stands still for no man.
The wind blew and the seed,
now is just dust in the wind.
And that, my friend is how
it all came to this tragic end!
