No one can ever discourage,
Rather only to encourage;
For the next time I go around,
In making the Good News resound.
For God gave us this ministry,
And no longer a mystery;
And I have no tricks of the trade,
In the ways I do render aid.
I do not distort what you have heard,
As I state coming from the Word;
And never could I be uncouth,
Rather tell the actual truth.
If the Good News I tell others,
Not same as heard by your brothers;
Then it is covered by a veil,
Leading you down a dying trail.
A god of this world loves to blind,
Painting a world within your mind;
So then you do not see the light,
Of the Good News within your sight.
Our message is not on me,
Rather about Jesus to see;
We are your servants for His sake,
And guarding us against the snake.
The God who said light should shine out,
Of the darkness should not have doubt;
For that reason we bring to light,
Knowledge of glory pure and bright.
