Love Undaunted
Can you feel my falling tears
Whilst so far away?
Can you feel the pain of love
undaunted on it's way
Looking back I see so much
and, much I longed to say
From different worlds
and dissimilar lives
a bond eternal waves
Just to see your smile again
and hear pianos play
as I sit on window seat
glancing up your way
"You know I love you!"
once you said
as I did drive away
not expecting that from you
I knew not what to say.
I wish I'd had the wisdom learned
as life has gone it's way
What would've I done
had I known then
