We hold our declaration,
In a faith as a confession;
A chief priest as superior,
All others are inferior.
For the superior chief priest,
Is in Heaven setting a feast;
Being prepared for all of those,
That the heavenly Father chose.
For the chief priest is Jesus Christ,
Was ultimately sacrificed;
Happens to be the Son of God,
Who has healed us where we are flawed.
A chief priest who will sympathize,
When regret and apologize;
For our strength comes from weakness,
It will help you find your meekness.
Christ was tempted every way,
But never saw Him go astray;
So Jesus remained pure within,
No matter how He did not sin.
Confidently go to the throne,
But not doing it on your own;
For Christ will be right by your side,
As a partner also your guide.
Having then such a great high priest,
He declares that you are released;
No longer a captive to sin,
And being corrupted within.
Kindness and mercy with His grace,
As you approach He will embrace;
Forgiving you of any crime,
Which will help you at the right time.
