Oh sleeper please wake up,
You can rise up from the dead;
You can now smell the cup,
Christ will shine on your bed.
Be careful how you live,
Not foolish but as wise;
So when Christ does arrive,
You will have open eyes.
Make the most of your chance,
For these are the evil days;
So prepare to advance,
And that no one else strays.
So do not be foolish,
Rather please understand;
And just become bullish,
As we travel this land.
What the Lord desires,
That you patiently wait;
To see what requires,
Knowing it will be great.
Do not get drunk from wine,
Which leads to wild times;
Quench thirst from grapes on vine,
And you will not see crimes.
Be filled with the Spirit,
As you worship the Lord;
And what you inherit,
Will never be ignored.
Make music with your heart,
Thanking God the Father;
Everything from start,
And then going further.
