 ~REFLECTING MOMENTS~

CHEEK TURNING


Evergreen grew inside her recesses
of a once hindered mind of tragedy
that was filled with sticks and stones
for battering her self destruction

A magnet for illness lay dormant
as blooms of posies came to life
stretching their rainbow of color
painting an kaleidoscope portrait

Besetting fields of self restrain
for these people whom will suffer
when wales scattered thru winds
laughter had comforted their ears

Some say she cannot know this pain
she will dance upon the face of water
and sing the hymns of joy and glee
for she shall always be glanced upon

And so for the life of Christ
he would lay dead for our sin
so the child born of such things
would be glad loving this world
