HAND IN HAND
when i see a couple walking hand in hand:
it makes me feel so grand:
i can feel there closeness as they walk by:
they are in love there is no deny:
that bond of love and closeness i hope for myself i have one day:
that to myself i silently pray:
to have someone who wants to walk with me hand in hand and hold me so lovingly close:
that is what i am missing in my life the most:
i just want to walk with someone lovingly hand in hand:
i want to feel so great so grand:
life is just too short when you mourn and grieve:
it is so horrific when someone you loved chose to leave:
you feel deep dark despair:
you feel its just so unfair:
you feel left alone in the dark:
all you do is park for hours and hours in the park:
if the sun is up or down:
it dont matter you are without smile and just frown:
when your around people you can fake it and act as normal as you can:
but deep inside you know your dying man:
so you resort to pray and pray and pray:
and thats how you live through your night and day:
when you have troubles of your own:
sometimes it feels like the world abandons you and you are all alone:
but you know in life there are others in the world who face troubles much more:
so you just have to suck it up and endure:
but i know through the darkest storm there will come a light:
just preservere and keep on a keeping on and fight the good fight:
