As holy ones to whom God chose,
Be sympathetic and humble;
Because no doubts He always knows,
If you are impatient and grumble.
Please tolerate one another,
Finding ways for you to forgive;
Just like your sister and brother,
So you are all able to live.
Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Loving ties it all together;
To each other just remain true,
And be like birds of a feather.
Let the peace of Jesus control,
The direction within your heart;
So He can remain in your soul,
And able to help you impart.
For you are one body in Christ,
So just be thankful for His Word;
Keeping you from being enticed,
From any seduction as heard.
Let His Word with all its wisdom,
And its richness live within you;
Guide you up onto His kingdom,
As it assists with each day through.
Teach yourself about God through song,
Sing of His kindness in your heart;
Nothing all day ever goes wrong,
If you sing to God at the start.
Everything you say or do,
Be done in the name of the Lord;
Giving thanks having done for you,
Displaying that He is adored
