Do not say anything that hurts,
Another person for efforts;
Even if job is not done you,
Give them credit where credit due.
Speak only then just what is good,
Giving them the help as you should;
Make suggestions where they may need,
Remind them from what they were freed.
What you say is giving them aid,
So do not ever be afraid;
Because those who are hearing you,
Will be looking for to tell true.
Try not to give any reason,
For the Spirit to think treason;
As your motive against the Lord,
Showing He is loved and adored.
He has put His seal upon you,
For the day that you will go through;
And set free from the world of sin,
No longer a captive within.
Get rid of your tempers and rage,
Stop acting like a tiger in a cage;
No more bitterness and cursing,
End your hatred and coercing.
So be kind to one another,
Sympathetic to your brother;
Calm any and all of their fear,
Listen while bending your ear.
Forgive each other of your flaws,
Always remember live His laws;
Continue in remaining true,
Through Christ God has forgiven you.
