I understand grief and I have seen so many losses in the past few years

and

I will admit that it has actually made me a much stronger person today

But always remember for every tear that has ever

fallen from your eyes that

you will and can heal from your loss eventually

Saying goodbye is the hardest part because it is the hardest thing that you

could ever do but letting go is what the good Lord really wants you to do

But only in your time because of this most delicate

matter, whether it

happened today or even yesterday or many years ago

Grief has a way of following you even when you don't

want it too

and it catches you off guard when you least expect it to

Believe you me I know after everything I have been through

Some people can heal quickly and some of you may be like me

and it

may take a lot longer than others but I promise you that's okay

Because we all handle things a little bit differently

Just remember there will be a time and a day when

you will have the opportunity to reunite

with all of your loved ones in heaven some day

And a celebration will be in

order because

it will be a very glorious day

But while you are still here if you may need a friend

I am here and I will listen to all of your stories silently

And I will even hold you and comfort you when you may need to

cry just so that I can be

there for you if you may need me. Because I just wont turn away
