Bring on the seasonal chorus
It is starting of Christmas season
Door to door kids candy seizen
Frankenstein or frankincense
Are there goblins near the fence
Celebrating Thanksgiving
Just before present giving
Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving
The same day as Columbus day
In the ice hockey kids do play
Turkey day or honey ham
Only in Ireland a leg of lamb
It's a generation thing
Lord knows Grandpa claims the wing
Like Pumpkin pie and pecan's
End of season mowing lawns
For me not the Holiday season
Jesus birth is my reason
And it is Christmas time
That morgages all but my last dime
Celebrate in yawl's own way
But remember in the end we all pray
Yet don't dictate my celebrations
For it was Christanity created this nation
of Jesus Christ's birthday no further explanation
