Encouraging Words
I ask you to show,
Gratitude for those;
Leaders, whose works go,
The way that you chose.
I ask you to love,
Think very highly;
As you pray above,
And diligently.
For work that they do,
And living in peace;
Safely each day through,
Hostilities cease.
I encourage you,
Instructing those who;
Are not living true,
Just as they should do.
Cheer up those who are,
Discouraged and weak;
Their heart with a scar,
For comfort they seek.
Be patient and kind,
With everyone;
In easing their mind,
The trial is done.
Do not pay one back,
Wrongs with another;
Give good what they lack,
Treat as a brother.
Be joyful always,
Never stop praying;
For a reward pays,
Words God is saying.
Whatever occurs,
Give the Lord your cheers,
Because He assures,
And will calm your fears.
