Last week, some one asked me

whom do you love the most

I replied I love myself and

all of them laughed at me

For me I said the truth

If I do not love me

who else will love me

If I do not respect me who else

in the world will respect me

For me loving myself is very important

I need to love my body and soul

The happiness I get it from

loving myself is abundant

If I do not love myself I will be

waiting for others to love me

and when that expectation is not fulfilled

it will bring sorrow to me.

I can love myself unconditionally

and the joy it brings is beyond belief.
