Love is elegant and beautiful,
kind where kindness is not popular,
caring for those who are not deserving,
ever benevolent to those with needs,
unerstanding to the misunderstood.
Love bears the weakness of others,
causes the hopeless to find hope,
rises up against hatred and disdain.
Above all love takes life's hardest shots,
and remains standing to fight for that
which is right.
