Give thanks to the Lord, Because He is good; Be in one accord, And do as you should. Because His mercy, Endures forever; In hearing my plea, Could never sever. Allow the people, To repeat the Word; They learn the Gospel, All that they have heard. People He defends, From might of their foes; Another contends, Arsenal it shows. The gathered nations, From the east and west; Hear the vibrations, Weapons as the best. From the south to north, They wandered around; But they followed forth, Of the silent sound. They hungered and thirst, While losing hope; Feeling as coerced, No longer could cope. So in their distress, They cried to the Lord; He gave them access, Food that reassured.
