Poetic-Verses

'' I Died Yesterday Instead Of Today ''

Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do now,
Otherwise it's sorrow you will allow,
You must beg steal or borrow make it your vow,
Your actions will then hold sway.

Time is of the essence so be ready to go,
You must have the presence to take it all slow,
It will endow you with pleasance to achieve what you know,
Though it's from normality you stray.

You must never concede it's your duty to win,
Even if you bleed spirit comes from within,
You've an insatiable need so it's time to begin,
Your ingenuity this will display.

I feel an inner desire to continue my quest,
To what you aspire to I will do my best,
What I will acquire doesn't fill me with zest,
But the claim is it won't cause dismay.

With what I'm now tasked I will carry out,
Though the outcome is masked common sense I will flout,
In stupidity I've basked of that there's no doubt,
My actions will be classed as foul play.

For what I'm about to receive I regret,
There's nothing will relieve my spiritual debt,
This is a day I will grieve then forget,
I'll suffer no more disarray

Though it was an attraction I should have thought,
But a form of distraction couldn't be bought,
I got no satisfaction my kin are distraught,
