Give thanks onto the Lord, And call upon His name; Make known what God has done, For the birth of His Son, Sing joyous songs to Him, Making music to praise; No longer looking grim, The sound of voices raise. Meditate the greatness, On all the miracles; Giving His blessedness, To subdue obstacles. Brag of His holy name, And sing to glorify; As to others proclaim, His works to magnify. Let hearts of those who seek, Rejoice hearing the sound; Strengthen those who are weak, As they start to rebound. Always seek His presence, Humbly bow at His feet; Worshipping in essence, Prepare His feast to eat. Miracles He performed, To remember always; To human He transformed, Living life through each phase. Amazing things He did, The judgments He pronounced; Nothing there no one hid, And Satan He renounced. Copyright © 2013 Richard Newton Sherrer Vote for this poem
