A loner is out, For his desires; With all of his doubt, That greed acquires. A fool does not find, Joy to understand; And cannot be kind, As a helping hand. When evil arrives, Also comes contempt; An insult thrives, No one is exempt. Insults come along, With egg on the face; Something was said wrong, Causing a disgrace. Just like deep water, Unknown how to swim; Drown like a toddler, Outlook seems real dim. No good as partial, It is taking sides; And could be crucial, When someone backslides. It deprives justice, Someone innocent; Whose righteous practice, Could not shine lucent. If you are lazy, And you do not work; You must be crazy, As well as a jerk. But the Lord is strong, Giving energy; If faith will prolong, To feel synergy. Copyright © 2013 Richard Newton Sherrer Vote for this poem
