All alone


I can only lay the blame with me
For all my eyes had failed to see
The waking tears
And tearful nights
The cries of pain each time we'd fight.

I can only lay the blame with me
For all in life I failed to be
I was given strength
And wisdom too
But failed each time my heart would choose.

I can only lay the blame with me
There is no truth in destiny
I had it all
But let it go
And now I sit here all alone.
