Poetic-Verses

'' That Image Is Me ''

I saw a reflection,
So I hatched a plan,
I thought he needs direction,
Who was this young man?

I made it my goal,
Not to give him strife,
But look after his soul,
Give him a good life.

Through many temptations,
At times he gave in,
Against life's combinations,
It's hard not to sin.

A wife and kids,
Followed thereafter,
Marriage hit the skids,
No more laughter.

Though not to blame,
He soon lost touch,
Those feeling of shame,
Hurt him so much.

They will come back,
He won't hold his breath,
He feels under attack,
It's a feeling of death.

After many mistakes,
He changed his ways,
Put on the brakes,
Now it's better days.

It's never too late,
To see the light,
Get rid of the hate,
The future is bright.

That reflection I saw,
I'm sure you'll agree,
We all have a flaw,
