Fading Fast By EDWIN FLORES, www.PoetryPoem.com/poetry2231 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
The walk has tired many souls
The plan once held now fails to hold
Yet deep inside where no one sees
Is still His light in it believe
There is so much we fail to grasp
Yet loved no less breathless we gasp
Faint of heart and scared we fall
But GOD says rise to you He calls
It starts with me and yes you too
Two to speak of He who's true
Through thick and thin He stayed the course
As blood His spilled for our remorse
Fading fast becomes of you
Life line severed as you withdrew
From Love that answered when you called
Loves presence, upon you falls
Fade not this day or those to come
Hold tight to Hope and be as one
That bled upon your cross for you
The cross your nails upon Him bore
Fade not fast but know that He
Still believes in mankind freed
Fading Fast
