The tears of my past could fill a river
bed
for all the sadness that I had carried
But do not be confused
for I have healed
and I have moved forward
And I am free to soar and fly
again
for the river bed has dried
And all of my tears have dispersed
But I will not and cannot forget
the
undeniable love that we had shared
Because we were blessed with a sacred
bond that will forever be cherished
And at least once in this lifetime
I can
honestly say that I felt truly loved
And in turn you were also blessed
Above and beyond anything
that ever could be expressed
Because our love was like a fairy
tale come true
that could never to be replaced
But if by chance I do fall in love again
one more time in this lifetime of mine
I can only hope that I will be blessed
with an eternal love
that is beyond anything I had ever imagined
